This procedure offers a dual approach to enhancing breast aesthetics by augmenting breast size with implants while simultaneously lifting breast tissue (mastopexy) to restore a more youthful shape and position. Factors such as natural breast shape, pregnancy, breastfeeding, aging, and weight changes can lead to breast tissue sagging (ptosis) and a lower nipple position.

A breast lift combined with implants increases breast volume while addressing sagging and laxity through carefully placed incisions over the breast. These incisions can encircle the nipple areolar complex, extend to the bottom of the breast, or follow the fold under the breast (infra-mammary fold), known as the “anchor” or “inverted-T” pattern.
